I agree about the degradation of editorial content. Content is king.

Rupert just needs to find a better (advertising) model, and to stay off the internets and also hire some young cool cat to talk for him.

I take his point about the degradation of editorial content, though. I do worry that it will inevitably decline as the medium changes.
